The personal information in your file may be used by the insurance companies and/or their general agents, to make any decision relevant to the accomplishment of the object of the file, and only the companies employees, agents or representatives or any other person authorized by you may have access to your file when it is required for the performance of their duties.
No insurance company holds an ownership interest in our business, nor do we hold an interest in any insurance company.

You have a right to access your file and, when applicable, to have it corrected. You understand that to exercise a right of access and rectification, you have to submit a written request to the personal information agent at the address mentioned above. The information in your file will then be available to you. You can ask to have access to your file at the address above during business hours.
