After holding the position of the Company's Vice President for four years, in 1998 Monette Malewski became President of M Bacal Group. She offers her clients strategies to help them achieve their financial goals while minimizing the risk to their assets. On an individual basis, her clients rely on her to enhance the security of their financial planning, and to protect the interests of their families and businesses. Her corporate clients count on her, as a strategic advisor, to plan their investment in human capital and to create financial security for shareholders and executives. She will work with other professional advisors with the overall goal of providing her clients with the guidance required for careful and intelligent planning of shareholders agreements while minimizing tax and financial consequences. Monette is recognized as one of the leading advisors in the insurance industry. She assumes an equally important role in the community. She is the President of Montréal Relève, as well as, the Montreal Chapter of the Canadian Friends of the Hebrew University. She is a member of the Board of Directors of Investment Quebec, and Universitas Trust Funds of Canada. Lianne Ulin offers professionals and business men/women the means to achieve their dreams while enjoying the security of "protecting their assets". Philip Malewski focuses on developing long-term collaborative relationships with companies concerned with offering their employees plans (programs) motivated by their protection. In the name of each company, he negotiates with the insurance companies to determine a group insurance plan that is the most advantageous for each client. Philip consults companies regarding the management of integrated solutions for the senior management and their associates. He guides the companies in the elaboration of adequate protection for their employees working abroad or for their foreign employees working in Canada. Philip understands that today's employers face new challenges; workforce diversity, changing demographics and increasing benefit plan costs. Philip helps companies to think creatively and expand their traditional view of benefits in order to retain and attract employees and ensure that their benefit plan is aligned with their corporate culture.
